What is the minimum order quantity for custom clothing?

Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per style, which can be split across colourways and a full size run. Knit basics such as t-shirts and hoodies can start lower, while heavily engineered items like jeans or structured outerwear usually require 100 pieces per style to hold cost and consistency.

How long does apparel production take from tech pack to delivery?

Pattern making and the first proto sample take 7–12 working days. After sample approval, bulk production for a 50–500 piece order typically runs 15–25 working days, plus 3–7 days for express air freight or 25–35 days for sea freight.

Do you supply fabric or can I nominate my own mill?

Both. We stock and source cotton jersey, French terry, fleece, denim, rib, nylon/spandex, bamboo and recycled polyester, including OEKO-TEX certified and USDA organic options. Brands with an existing mill relationship can nominate fabric and we will manufacture on a CMT basis.

Which branding and customization methods do you offer in-house?

Screen printing (plastisol, water-based, discharge, puff), all-over sublimation, DTG, embroidery (flat, 3D puff, chenille, appliqué), silicone and leather patches, woven labels, heat-transfer neck tags, hang tags and custom polybags or mailers.

Can you manufacture for a brand that is just starting out?

Yes. A large share of our clients are first-time founders. If you only have sketches or reference garments, our team converts them into a production-ready tech pack, grades the size set and guides you through fit, labelling and packaging compliance before bulk begins.
